Eurocon CNC & Process...

A modern and dynamic department specialising in working with cutting tools. At our engineering shop of approximately500 m², we fabricate prototypes, design models, stamp-out/stands uptake and form tools, special inserted blade cutters, turning tools with holders, as well as process equipment and industrial handling equipment.

For construction we use OneSpace Designer, and on the CAM portion, the Mastercam is utilised. We are able to run in both 3d and 5 axes.

Machinery Equipment:

  • Deckel Maho CNC 60 T machining centre with 5 axes 18000 rev/min
  • Excel CNC machining centre, X: 1500, Y: 750, Z: 750, 8000 rev/min
  • Various manual turning lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and surface grinder
